Customer Satisfaction

We want your experience with The Branded Basket to be exceptional. In order to accomplish this, we feel a minimal amount of policy will maximize your experience.

With this spirit in mind, we reserve the right to resolve to your complete satisfaction any issues that may arise which are not covered here. We strive to be courteous, caring and willing to serve so your Branded Basket experience will be a pleasant one.

Payment

Orders over $500 require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at time of order. Custom orders (i.e. company imprinted ribbon, etc.) must be paid in full at time of order.

Payment is due when order is scheduled for delivery/shipment.

At this time we only accept cash, corporate or cashier checks. No credit cards are accepted.

Substitutions

Because your Branded Basket is a custom gift, we rarely need to substitute once your design is approved. However, there are occassions when vendors discontinue items. In this instance, we reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value.

Taxes

State sales tax and any county discretionary surtax required by law will be added to all purchaes sold and delivered within California. Purchases made by California residents and shipped out of state will be charged California state sales tax only.

Shipping and Delivery

Personal delivery is available within the Coachella Valley by either Branded Basket staff or local courier service. Personal deliveries will be performed per the pre-approved "cost and delivery proposal".

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis and will be quoted from the most cost-effective carrier.

Address Corrections

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including: Recipient Name(s); Company Name (if applicable); Street Number and Street Name; Floor, Suite or Apartment Number (if applicable); Accurate Zip Code. Shipments will be attempted per the approved "cost and delivery proposal". Any address correction charges per outside carriers will be your responsibility. Additional charges for hand delivery attempts may be charged and will be your responsibility as well.

Returns and Cancellation Policies

Due to the nature of our business, most gift basket designs will be approved prior to delivery. However, if for some reason you or your recipient are not satisfied with your gift, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can remedy the situation. Refunds will be considered only for baskets in their original condition.

If you must cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of order approval. We try to avoid fees, but depending on the stage of your order, a 25% re-stocking fee may be charged.
